Development Info

Based in South London, this fine Victorian Building has now be recently converted. The two flats I have currently created have brought out the feel of period combined with the warehouse style that so many people want. We have stripped back many features to expose what was left of the original parts of the house – whether it’s the bay window or a small piece of old pine in the bathroom… you can feel the building. Letting you feel like you are living in something real than a modern conversion with no warmth.

The stunning two-bedroom lower ground floor flat has a large living room with open-plan modern kitchen and doors to a self-contained rear garden. It has exposed brickwork and an open fireplace to tone down the new streamlined kitchen. Its been finished in neutral shades to let the warmth and light into the space.

The large 1 bed flat is as stunning, one of a kind and beautifully finished and furnished to a very high standard. The property has a huge living room with open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and stairs to its own rear garden. It has an open plan en-suite to keep the flow of the bedroom, balancing the central chimney stack which has been exposed and varnished in a high gloss, combining this with the striped old bay window this work brilliantly.

Future Development Info

There are a couple more buildings in the pipeline for End 2010 & 2011. Having renovated and converted 6 since February 2010 mainly in Shoreditch, which were let straight away I am taking the time to plan and restore some of the older building in the portfolio. One in particular is a Very Early Georgian House in Whitechapel. We believe the original owners were linked to Somerset House in the West End. The Façade is being restored in the next few weeks – which once this is done we hope will stop passers by. Restored to a high standard in the original pale yellow and olive green with its original signage this will look spectacular. This building will be sold later on in 2011

Another Georgian Building minutes from Liverpool Street will be renovated and a modern extension will be made. Combining the old with the new. Not what is traditionally done but something unique. Creating a large 2000sq ft plus house minutes from Liverpool Street in a very quiet secluded Row... Perfect for Families and for professionals with outdoor space. Again to be sold later in 2011
